Catering Confidential Coming Soon

How about I just pick something and go with it because lord knows I don’t have enough personal interesting stuff to talk about to keep anyone’s attention. But there is one thing I do know about and that is Catering, and boy do I have some great stories. Call it my version of Kitchen Confidential, with names and places changed to protect the innocent. I think starting after the holiday I will give it a shot. I have death, infidelity, immorality, cut throat business, sketchy kitchen practices, love, and heartbreak, all the ingredients that make for good stories anyways. Allright it is settled, starting Tuesday Catering Confidential will be born.
